Notary Services

The Greenwood Lake Public Library offers notary services to the community. This service is only available when the NYS commissioned staff member is available. Please call 845-477-8377 ext. 101 to check availability and to schedule an appointment. Please be advised that walk-in services are not always available.

The following guidelines will be followed :

- Valid photo identification is required.
- If your document requires witnesses please provide them. We can not guarantee there will be witnesses available at the library.
- Witnesses can not be related to you.
- Witnesses must be 18 years old.
- Do not sign and date your document beforehand. Any signed and dated document will not be notarized.
